The Kosovo Civic Alternative (KCA) is a civil society coalition bringing together some of Kosovo’s leading civil society organizations and independent experts. The coalition is united by a shared commitment to Kosovo’s constitutional multi-ethnic character, its Euro-Atlantic future, and the normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia.

Congratulations to Justina Shiroka Pula on her election as President of Kosovo. A third woman President is a major milestone. After a long crisis, we applaud the cross-party agreement and call on all parties to carry this spirit forward in advancing #Kosovo’s Euro-Atlantic goals.
